We are proud to be able to offer an authentic and relaxing experience, where you can abandon yourself to the sweet sound of the wind and waves, letting yourself be lulled by the sea breeze. Las Eras is an ancient fishing village, set in a quiet environment and far from the chaos of the more touristy towns and the traffic of the city. You will be able to enjoy sunny days, refreshing swims on the town beach, romantic walks along the various paths that will lead you to isolated beaches and natural pools, where you can admire and enjoy magnificent marine fauna and flora.

House rules:

General: If there is something in the apartment that doesn't add up or needs help, don't hesitate to contact us. All objects inside the apartment or that are part of it, which are located on the balcony or terrace can be used by guests. Please use the inventory with care and please ensure that your traveling companions do so too and respect the rules of conduct.

Kitchen: Please pay attention that only clean dishes will be put back in the cupboards, the same applies to cutlery, pots and equipment that you have used. Rubbish: Separate waste collection: We separate into: plastic, metal, paper and residual waste.

Dear smoker: Smoking is generally not permitted in our apartment. Any damage, such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, linens, tablecloths, etc., must accordingly be charged to the invoice at the replacement value. This is not included in the rent. However, you can smoke safely on the yard. An ashtray is also available.

Bathroom: Please do not dispose of hygiene products and/or meal leftovers in the toilet.

Rest period: In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that the night rest will be respected from 10pm to 7am and the siesta from 1pm to 3pm.

Damage: No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks once.

We would be grateful if you would inform us immediately of the damage that has occurred so that it will not be discovered only after your departure by doing the final cleaning Diligence of the good father of the family: Windows and doors must be closed when leaving to avoid damage that may result from bad weather.

Please ensure that the light is turned off during your absence. Environment and host are grateful to you. The host is not responsible for the guest's valuables. WIFI connection, sheets, towels and dishes are included in the price.
